MEN and WOMEN in SERVICE
William K. Burns, son of Rev. Harry M. Burns, pastor of Whitfield Methodist Church, and Mrs. Burns, has entered St. Lawrence University at Canton, New York, in the navy V-12 college program to take a five-year premedic course preparatory to service in the navy medical corps. He was graduated from Central High School last June.

William K. Burns, son of Rev. and Mrs. Harry M. Burns, 1307 W. Fifth Street, recently spent a two-week leave with his parents after finishing his training in the V-12 program at St. Lawrence University, Canton, N.Y. He will report to the University of Notre Dame for his midshipman’s training.
