David R. Brown, Jr. 3026 Jennings Street has been commissioned a second lieutenant in the army medical corps. Lieut. Brown is a third year medical student at St. Louis University.

David R. Brown, son of D.R. Brown, 3026 Jennings Street, has received an army commission as a second lieutenant in the medical corps. He is enrolled at St. Louis medical school and expects to be graduated in October, 1943. After completion of his studies, he is to be inducted into the army and commissioned a first lieutenant.
