William Oliver Beal was born Dec. 7, 1907 to Elmer Winfield and Clara Cassie Bailey Beal. He died Aug. 20, 1943 and is buried in Graceland Cemetery, Bedford, IA.
Sgt. Beal served in World War II with the U.S. Army Engineers and died in North Africa while serving his country.
