Cpl. William Zeplain, son of Mrs. Dora Zeplain, 601 Morgan street, is en route home from the European theater of operations with the veteran "Bloody Bucket" division under the Army redeployment plan. Cpl. Zeplain wears the good conduct medal and five bronze campaign stars.
