AVIATION MECHANIC—
Kenneth J. Rhodes has been advanced to sergeant in the army air corps ground crew at Hensley field, Tex. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Rhodes, now living in Lincoln, Nebr. Sergeant Rhodes entered the service in May, 1942, a graduate of the Mason City schools, and an employe of the Stacy Fruit company. His wife also makes her home in Lincoln. He is a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Rhodes, 1050 Second street northeast.
