Chief Yeoman Kenneth Mester has been transferred from the Personnel Office in Norfolk, Va., to San Bruno, Cal. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Mester.

Kenneth Joseph Mester was born Oct. 7, 1920 to Richard A. and Susan Walker Mester. He died Oct. 12, 2005 and is buried in Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego, CA.
