Missing in Action Since July 9, Italy
Pfc. Douglas F. Lee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Morley V. Lee, 610 Monroe S. W., is reported missing in action since July 9 in Italy, according to a telegram received here. Pfc. Lee left Mason City with the national guard in 1941 and went with company M to Camp Claiborne, La., and later to Ireland, England and north Africa, having been overseas for more than 2 years.
