Notes About N.E. Iowans in the Service
IOWA FALLS—Tech. Sgt. Wayne Hill has received an honorable discharge from the army air corps, and has returned to the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Hill. He began service Nov. 15, 1942, and received his training as an aerial engineer at Kingman, Ariz. He made 35 missions over enemy territory while based in Italy, and received the air medal with three Oak Leaf clusters.
