IN UNIFORM
Among the men of 44 states to receive silver wings as aerial navigators of the army air forces at San Marcos army air field recently was Second Lt. Louis LeRoy Hibbs, 24, a son of Mrs. Camille Hibbs, 428 ½ Isabella street. The men, graduates of the navigation school there, either received their commissions as second lieutenants or appointments as flight officers.
