Robert C. Johnson, 22, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Johnson, 3400 Jones street, and Gilbert R. Haskins, 23, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Haskins, 807 Pierce street, were commissioned ensigns in the naval reserve when they were graduated recently from the midshipmen’s school at Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill. They soon will be assigned to duty as deck officers with the fleet.
