Herschel A. Hansen, formerly of Sioux City, was graduated from an advanced flying school of the Army air corps at Douglas, Ariz., and was commissioned flight officer. He is a Central high school graduate. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Hansen moved two years ago to Kansas City.
