Alfred Conrad Kiertzner was born June 25, 1922 to Alfred Carl and Margaret Hufeldt Kiertzner. He died Mar. 24, 1945 and is buried in Lorraine American Cemetery, St. Avold, France.

Pvt. Kiertzner served in World War II with the U.S. Army 376th Infantry Regiment, 94th Infantry Division and was MIA/KIA in Germany and awarded the Purple Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster.
