Capt. Todd served in World War II with the U.S. Marine Corps. He also served in Korea.

Frank Ewald Tomlinson was born Dec. 17, 1921 to Jess L. and Helen Werner Tomlinson. He died Oct. 9, 1943 (At Sea) and is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, Cambridge American Cemetery and Memorial, Cambridgeshire, England.
2nd Lt. Tomlinson served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps as a co-pilot assigned to the 92nd Bomb Group, 326th Bomb Squadron and was KIA on a mission to Gdynia. He was awarded the Air Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster and Purple Heart.
