Robert Nichols Eby was born Nov. 23, 1917 to Moray Leon and Pearl Nichols Eby. He died Nov. 20, 1942 and is buried in Cedar Memorial Cemetery, Cedar Rapids, IA.

Albert Charles Eddy was born Nov. 23, 1920 to Albert C. and Ruth Rachel Rumple Eddy. He died Oct. 11, 1944 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.
1st Lt. Eddy served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 389th Bomber Squadron, 312th Bomber Group. Light and was MIA/KIA in New Guinea and awarded the Air Medal.

1st Lt. Elias served in World War II with the U.S. Army 22nd Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division and was KIA in France during the invasion of Normandy and was awarded the Purple Heart.
