Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the Faith United Methodist Church with Rev. Brian Carter officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery. Graveside Military Rites will be conducted by the American Legion Post #191.
He was a member of American Legion Post #191, Moose Lodge #735 and Ducks Unlimited.

Robert Duane Philbrook, 75, Kamrar, died Thursday, Feb. 27, 2003 at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2003 at Faith United Methodist Church in Webster City, Rev. Brian Carter officiated the service. Burial was in the Cass Township Cemetery at Webster City with military honors by the Webster City American Legion Post. Becker Funeral Home in Jewell was entrusted with the arrangements.
Robert Duane Philbrook was born March 4, 1927 in Webster City to Albert and Eunice Cornett Philbrook. Robert grew up and attended school in Webster City. He was a World War II veteran, serving in the U.S. Army.
