Everett Kale Reed was born Apr. 25, 1919 to Walter H. and Anna M. Schmitz Reed. He died Mar. 26, 1945 and is buried in Luxembourg American Cemetery and Memorial, Luxembourg.
Sgt. Reed served in World War II with the U.S. Army 354th Infantry Regiment, 89th Infantry Division. He was KIA and awarded the Purple Heart and Silver Star.

Richard Henry Remer was born May 16, 1923 to Ralph and Kittie Maurine Weisbard Remer. He died Sept. 25, 1944/FOD Sept. 26, 1945 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines and has a cenotaph in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Hawaii and in Urbana Cemetery, Urbana, IA.
2nd Lt. Remer served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 8th Fighter Squadron, 49th Fighter Group and was MIA/KIA as the pilot of a P-38 Lightning fighter plane that departed from Biak Island and no trace of him or his plane could be found.
