Workshop - Introduction to Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)

This workshop taught the usefulness of CSS in designing your web sites. CSS was designed to keep the style separate from the function of a web site. We began with a brief review of the history of CSS. We then had a discussion of how CSS works with the elements of a document and the ways you can specify a CSS rule and include style sheets in your documents. The hands-on exercises below will allow you to test your new knowledge. Answers are included.
