Subject: jasper newton taylor and effie anne spaw taylor
Surnames: Query: my grandparents, the taylors,
farmed near Harlan in
1886 and perhaps some before that on a rented farm. Jasper left for Colorado
(gold fever) in 1888. My mother's birth was never registered and I think
that there might have been other babies lost before she was born as they were
married 12 years before my mother was born. I know he sold the team and farm
stuff before he left. They were Methodists. Any information or lead will be
appreciated.
