Top Row: Ted Butler, Harvey Butler, Byron Hill, Wm. Triplett, Neil Brewer, Harry Hill. Bottom Ro2: Robt. Johnstone, Wm. Klema, Al Behmer, Dean Parrish, Roger Knowles, Homer Stearns, Marion Crosser. The above is a group of Sutherland boys who will probably be the first of her thirty-two volunteers to see service in France. We were fortunate enough while at Des Moines during State Fair week, to have this picture taken. Harry Hill was unable to be present at the time, but his picture was sent to us later and inserted in the group when the cut was made. From Sutherland Courier October 25, 1917
