Message reads: "Did not see you very long today you must have gone home right after I saw you. am going to watch the dance tonight but am not going to dance. Emma"

Message reads: "Sept. 28, 1912 Didn't have nothing else to do so thought I would drop you a card, as I stayed at my grandmothers Fri. the 27 instead of going home buy am going home tomorrow. Tonight is Sat. eve. and I wish you was here. Has been an awful bad day today. With Love, Emma. Ans soon".
