√ Emerson, Harvey | | | √
♦ Transferred to 17th Iowa and mustered out. Buried at Olin city cemetery Olin Iowa. His age when he died was 21 and he died right after the war ended. When you look on the rosters it says his home was Davenport, but that may have been where he enlisted, since he is buried at Olin. I want to add him to the Jones County veterans of the Civil War list, He shows up on the census for 1860 as a brother to Charles in Rome Township Census on 24 July 1860. They are buried very close to each other so I have to think these are both Jones County Veterans in spite of what the roster says.
