Note: The Evans siblings, Evan, William, and Ann (pictured), and their spouses, Jane (Simon), Sarah (Evans), and Richard Pugh were the first settlers of Troy Twp. After Richard Pugh died, Ann married Richard Williams, founder of Williamsburg.
