"Elmore's Will was highly contested. He was one of the wealthiest people in Iowa County. Frank and Charles were in the will, but their children were NOT. Frank and Charles received the least." - Chris Osborne

Hazel Had 7 children in all: three to Bert Osborne and 4 to Carl Gabriel.
