Lloyd A. “Skeeter” Wyatt, age 83, of Elk River, Minn, died April 30, 2002 surrounded by his family at home.

Memorial services were Friday, May 3, at Blessed Cross United Methodist Church in Zimmerman, Minn, with private interment.

Wyatt was a 30 year employee of Garlock Equipment and served in the Army in WW II.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ida; children Allen, Bonnie (Larry) Papenfuss; Cathy (Steve) Wood; dear family friend Barbara Velander; five grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren, two brothers and two sisters, including brother Warren (Stella) Wyatt and sister-in-law Marcella Wyatt of Riceville; and several nieces and nephews.
