NASHUA — Mary F. Usher, 69, Nashua, died Monday, April 29, 2002 at the New Hampton Care Center, New Hampton of natural causes.

Funeral Services were 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 2 at St. John Lutheran Church, Nashua.

Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery, Nashua.

Visitation was from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 1 at Chenoweth and Son Funeral Home, Nashua and one hour prior to services at the church on Thursday.

Mary was born Jan. 27, 1933, the daughter of Lloyd and Edna (Boggess) Ashley. She received ner education at Charles City High School. She married Merle Usher on Oct. 28, 1950 at the Little Brown Church, Nashua. She worked at the Salisbury Baptist Home, Charles City and later at the New Hampton Hospital, retiring in 1994.

Survivors include her husband, Merle; two daughters, Bar-bara (Richard) Lumley and Julie (James) Betsinger, all of Nashua; one son, Jeff (Korine), Thornton, CO; six grandchildren; 11 greatgrandchildren; her mother, Edna Ashley, Nora Springs; a sister, Maureen (Darwin) Weiss, Floyd and a brother, John (Barb) Ashley, Ft. Collins, CO.

Preceding her in death was her father and a sister, Merle Ashley.
