NEW HAMPTON-Sitman Evan Thompson, 40, of White Bear Lake, MN, formerly of New Hampton, died Saturday, July 20, 2002 near Walker, MN as a result of an ATV accident.

Sitman Evan Thompson was born June 6,1962 at Cedar Falls, 1A, the son of Gary Allen & Jane Marolyn (Pieters) Thompson.

He graduated from Marshfield High School in Marshfield, WI. He was united in marriage to Susan Vanderbeck on July 1, 1989. He was currently V.P. of Operations at U.S. Bank in St. Paul.

Survived by: his wife Susan Thompson of White Bear Lake, MN; father Gary Allen Thompson of White Bear Lake, MN; two sisters Stephanie (Mark) Krinke of Mahtomedi, MN, Michelle (Tim) Rasmussen of Carver, MN; two brothers Scott (Jane) Thompson of Hewitt, WI, Gary (Janet Kittleson) Thompson of Woodbury, MN; eleven nieces & nephews Jake, Jenny, Travis, Nicole, Amanda, Zach, Annie, Meagan, Jordan, Alyssa, Courtney.

Preceded in death by: his mother Jane on January 23,2002.

Memorial services: A memorial service will be held 7:00 pm Tuesday at Johnson-Peterson Funeral Home in White Bear Lake, MN.

A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday at New Hampton Cemetery in New Hampton. There will be no visitation. Conway-Kolbet Funeral Home in New Hampton is in charge of the arrangements.
