Moeller, Rosemary M. 1929 - 2002WAUCOMA — Rosemary Magdalen Moeller, 73, died Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2002 in the emergency room at Palmer Lutheran Health Center, West Union. A Funeral Mass was held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Waucoma with Rev. Peter Bodensteiner presiding. Music was provided by Mary Dietz-enbach as organist. Lector for the mass was Sister LuAnn. Eucharistic Minister was Shirley Riha. Interment was in St. ary's Cemetery, Waucoma with Laverne Franzen, Greg Balk, Markus Hageman, Duane Balk, Francis Bouska and Danny Riha as casket bearers. Visitation was held Thursday, Nov. 21 with a 4 p.m. Parish Rosary and 7 p.m. Scripture Service. Burnham-Wood Funeral Home, West Union was in charge of arrangements. Rosemary was born July 21, 1929 in Waucoma, the daughter of Henry and Elizabeth (Meyer) Moeller. She attended St. Mary's School, Waucoma. She worked for Shatek Military Academy, Faribault, MN for several years and later returned to Waucoma to care for her mother when she became ill. Rosemary enjoyed sewing, gardening and visiting with friends. Survivors include one brother, Merle Moeller, Waucoma; one aunt, Erma Buchheit, Decorah; one uncle, Harold Meillier, Waterloo and several cousins. Preceding her in death were her parents.
