A memorial service for Glenn Crossman will be conducted at the Crossman Prairie by the Osage Masonic Lodge on Friday, June 7, 2002, at 4:00 p.m.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend the memorial service.

Following the service, there will be a short walk on the prairie led by Nature Conservancy personnel.

After the walk, everyone is welcome to attend a luncheon at Pettitt’s Cafe in Riceville, Iowa. At that time, there will be an opportunity for those in attendance to share their favorite memories of Glenn.

Crossman Prairie is located approximately seven and 1/4 miles northeast of Riceville. Starting at Woodland Avenue (Pettitt’s Cafe) in Riceville, travel east for three miles on Highway #9, then three miles on Dale Avenue (Cheese Factory Road), turn right (east) and travel approximately 1 and 1/4 miles in 75th Street to Crossman Prairie.

An auction of Glenn’s antiques, household items, etc. will be held on Saturday, June 8, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
