Clayton “Buff’ Bill, age 44, of Morristown, Minn, passed away on July 2, 2002 at his residence after an extended illness. Funeral services were held at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Riceville, Iowa on Saturday, July 6, with the Rev. Ray E. Atwood officiating. Military rites will be conducted by the American Legion - Roy Gue Post I 244. Burial was in Sunnyside Cemetery in Charles City, Iowa.

Clayton Dean Bill, son of Harvey and Dorothy Chambers Bill, was bom September 26, 1957 in Charles City, Iowa. He married Debra Renae Morrell on January 3, 1991 in Cresco, Iowa. He was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army. He was a mechanic.

Survivors include his wife Debra of Morristown, Minn.; two sons, Anthony of Burnsville, Minn, and Harvey of Morristown, Minn.; a daughter, Amy Bill of Houston, Tex.; a step-daughter Randi and her husband, Russell Bill, of Morristown, Minn.; three grandchildren: Samantha, Carrie and Jennifer Bill, all of Morristown; his mother, Dorothy Bill of Riceville; eight sisters, Nancy (Ronald) Grimm of j Riceville, Judy (Thomas) McMaster of Riceville, Janice (Virgil) Runnion of Spencer, W. V., Mary (Wayne) Olson of Cresco, Iowa, Tammy (John) Loecher of Adams, Minn., Sandy (Dean) Runde of LeRoy, Minn., Vickie (Lowell) Roethler of Algona, Iowa, and Linda (Keith) Levorson of Riceville; and four brothers, Larry and wife Dorothy of Hampton, Kenneth and wife Diane of LeRoy, Minn., Roy and wife Joyce of Charles City, Iowa and Russell and wife Randi 'of Morristown, Minn.

He was preceded in death by his father, and two brothers, David and Jesse.
