WATERLOO - Viletta "Vilet" Nellie Lynch, 88, Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center, Waterloo, died Tuesday, June 12, 2001 at the center of natural causes, m.

Funeral services were held at 10:3,(,). a.m. Friday, June 15 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Waterloo.

Burial was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Waterloo.

Visitation was 4-8 p.m. Thursday, June 14 at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, Waterloo, with a 7 p.m. Rosary Society Rosary and also an hour before services Friday at the church,

She was born Aug. 14, 1912 in New Hampton, the daughter of John and Isbabel (McClusky) Collins. She married Johr Daniel Lynch May 5, 1930 in New Hampton. Mrs. Lynch worked at JC Penney Co. for 20 years, retiring in 1970.

Surviving are a son, Pat, Wa ter Ido? -a^r daughter,'' Da rlene Carlson, Waterloo; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; six stepgrandcnildren; 15 step-great-grandchildren; two step-great-great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband, John on June 7, 1981; a stepgranddaughter; six brothers, Howard, William, James, Clarence, Leo and Frank Collins; a sister, Mary Margaret Lee.

Memorials may be directed to the church.
