Leslie Jessen Perry, infant daughter of Les and Jill Perry, died shortly after birth on Thursday, April 27, 2000 at Mitchell County Regional Health Center in Osage. Family graveside service was held on Sat., April 29, 2000 at Riverside Cemetery in Riceville with Rev. Dennis Hanson officiating. Champion Funeral Home, Osage, was in charge of arrangements.

Leslie is survived by her parents, Les and Jill (Jessen) Perry of Riceville; a sister, Aimee Krebsbach and her husband Jason of Osage; a brother, Aaron Perry and friend Jennifer Selvig of Saratoga; maternal grandmother, Georgia Jessen of Anita, Iowa; paternal grandparents, Gene and Darlene Perry of Riceville and Phyllis and Merlin Rix of Cresco; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Leslie is preceded in death by a maternal grandfather, Gailyn Jessen.
