NEW HAMPTON - Martha Marie Osten, 82, formerly of Carroll, died Thursday, Dec. 14, 2000 at the New Hampton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Graveside rites were 1:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 18 at the Carroll City Cemetery, Carroll with Mr. Raymond Berndt officiating.

Visitation was from 12 noon until graveside rites on Monday, Dec. 18 at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home, Carroll.

Martha was born on Aug. 6,1918 in Bayard, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Will Russell. She attended schools in Bayard. She married Wayne M. Osten on Jan. 18,1938 in Carroll and was a homemaker. She was. a member of the Lutheran Church. She had lived for the past six years in the New Hampton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, New Hampton.

Survivors include a daughter, Louayne Warner, New Hampton; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
