NORTHWOOD - Roland "Sonny" Glaser, Northwood, died Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2000 at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa, Mason City.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 16 at 1 p.m. at First Lutheran Church, Northwood.

Burial was in Sunset Rest Cemetery, Northwood, with military graveside honors by members of Our Buddies VFW Memorial Post No. 6779.

Sonny and Anita Glaser had celebrated 63 years of marriage in July

Surviving are his wife, Anita, Northwood; one son, Jerome (Dian) Glaser, Bloomington, MN; three daughters, Joanie (Stan) Perkins, New Hampton, Mary (Justin) Bolton, Dexter, OR, Sue Reyerson and Erbin Anderson, Northwood; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
