Abraham, John, Died intestate, Wife Sarah and Robert Blacker appointed administrators. Property sold Mar, 22, 1843.

Bailes, David, Died intestate, the wife and Daniel Dobbins appointed administrators by the court, Aug, 6, 1939

Belknap, Silas Gordon, A guradian (sic) was appointed by Elisha P.; Ezra B.; Franklin G.; Mary A.; and Maria H. orphan heirs of Silas Gordon Belknap May 30, 1842

Brown, Thomas, mentions wife Martha, eldest son James, son David and Thomas Jr, and daughters Rebecca, Sarah and Cath. Witnesses, Daniel Smead and John P. Finley.

Cheney, Pennel, - Gives estate to wife Huldah Cheney and children; a son A. M. Cheney who resides in Mass., son Winthrop, two grand sons Winthrop P and Lunel M Cheney; sone (sic) of Winthrop; and daughter Eliza wife of Palmer C Tiffany. Oct. 24, 1842.

Coop, David - Mentions wife Elizabeth Coop and brother Wm. G. Coop and sons David, Samuel, Nathan for whom Ransom Coop was appointed guardian. Later Elizabeth Coop married a man names Harris. Attest. Ransom Coop, I. D. Payne, David Overton and Security James Lauman. Nov, 23, 1837

Conway, Albert and Thompson, Benjamin J. under age of 14. The court appointed Wm. Thompson as guardian. May 22, 1841

Coppack, Aaron, - Was appointed guardian for Lindsey, Mary, Benjamin, Rebecca, Aaron and Henry as heirs of their mother Amy, late wife of Aaron Coppack. June 17, 1843

Cox, Wm. F. Died intestate. Henry Cox the father was appointed administrator. No wife or children. Feb. 7, 1840

Currey, William, died intestate. Wife Pamela and David Duke appointed administrators. Dec. 4, 1841

Dennison, John, Gives wife M. D. the plantation on Skunk river and at her death to revert to their son Henry and to the three oldest sons: Stanley, Wesley and Orville and two oldest daughters: Betsy Dennison, Amanda Swisher and two daughters Emily, and Laura and son Asa. Aug. 17, 1840

Duke, David died intestate thw (sic) widow and Henry Swan appointed administrators. Apr, 25, 1843

Fisher, Thomas, Mentions wife Susannah whom he leaves in care of son John and daughters Mary and Lydia. Witnesses: Gideon Frasier and Henry Joy. Nov, 21, 1840

Gearhart, Samuel, died intestate. The widow Katherine and Philip and George Gearhart were appointed administrators. Katherine of Washington County, Philip of Henry county and George of Des Moines Iowa. Stephen Gearhart appointed guardian for Rebecca P and Mary Gearhart, minor hears of Samuel Gearhart. July 19, 1839

Hayworth, James, gives property to wife and heirs. Two brothers Eli and Mahlon Hayworth named. 19th day, 4th mo, 1842

Johnston, Archibald, Gives property to wife Betsy and children Names Collin Forbes and Samuel Smith, sons-in-law and dau. Isabella. Sept. 21, 1843

Lawrence, Leroy, an orphan minor asks for guardian. Chose Elijah Smith. Apr. 18, 1840

McCoy, John M. Appointed guardian of William, Dan and Benjamin his minor children in right of their mother now dead.

McIntosh, Benjamin, Asks that Alexander McIntosh his son support his mother Catherine McIntosh. Sept. 23, 1839

Miller, Samuel and Martha, Court appoints Christian Beam as guardian. Mar. 21, 1842

Miller, Michael, Died intestate. Court appoints Hiram and P Philip Miller administrators. Heirs listed as follows: In Ohio, Peter Redd grand child of Michael Miller. In Iowa Hiram Messer son-in-law. Philip Miller son. William Karr son-in-law. John Messer son-in-law. Lee Ogden son-in-law. Samuel Miller minor son Martha minor daughter and the widow. Dec. 28, 1840

Nordyke, Mary, Died intestate. Aden her son. Dec. 5, 1838

Parrish, Henry, Died intestate. Widow Anna and Jesse Parrish appointed administrators. Later asks that letters of administration to Jesse Parrish by canceled and that Clayborn Hughes be appointed for the infant heirs: Jesse, Sarah, Calvin, Eliza Ann and Nancy Parrish. Oct. 21, 1840

Peirson, Nathan, Died intestate, Mary Ann entered into bond with Zeno Peirson Aug. 5, 1839. Asks for guardian for infant heirs at law of Nathan Pearson, Eli Shelley appointed.

Patterson, Ledgerwood, Gives to wife Drusilla land in Rush Co. ind (sic) and in Virginia and to children, Wife sole executor, Witnesses Archibald McKinney and Ira Turner, Nov. 21, 1842

Plunket, Lee O., Died intestate. Zeno A. and Julius F Plunkey appointed administrators. Sarah the widow. June 15, 1842

Poulson, Ethan A., died intestate. the widow and John Monroe administrators, June 22, 1842

Snyder, James M, Died intestate, Henry Snyder and Henry M. Snyder appointed administrators. Sept, 15-1839
Snyder, Henry gives to wife Jane and sons Henry M his property afeter (sic) death of wife to be divided among his children: Henry ?, Wm. D.; Chasteen M,; Michael M.; Martha Ann; Eliz. Jane; and Timothy O Snyder.

Stewart, John Died intestate. Has no widow. Hadessa Stewart Wm, and Samuel given power to administrater (sic) affair of John Stewart late of Luzen Twp, Fayette county Pa.

Stout, John. Died intestate. a Revolutionary pensioner left no widlw (sic). Daughter Eliza, He reserves his pension for his own use during his natural life. Gives his property to daughter Eliz. Stout now Eliza Ross to the daughter Mary Stout and s son John Stout. Died Apr. 19, 1842.

Teas, Joseph. Died intestate. Widow dead. Administrators: Aaron Street, Gideon Frazier, William Teas, Spicer Teas, Rachel Teas, John Teas and Barbara H Teas are minor and heirs at law of Joseph Teas having no guradian (sic) and Sarah Teas the mother of said children nad (sic) Henry W. Joy appointed. Aug. 31 1838.

Timmins, Isaac, Died intestate. Widow requested Benj, Case and Myron Bilbourn to be administrators. July 29, 1842
