Witnesses, Daniel Smead and John P. Finley. Cheney, Pennel, - Gives estate to wife Huldah Cheney and children; a son A. M. Cheney who resides in Mass., son Winthrop, two grand sons Winthrop P and Lunel M Cheney; sone (sic) of Winthrop; and daughter Eliza wife of Palmer C Tiffany. Oct. 24, 1842. Coop, David - Mentions wife Elizabeth Coop and brother Wm. G. Coop and sons David, Samuel, Nathan for whom Ransom Coop was appointed guardian. Later Elizabeth Coop married a man names Harris. Attest.
