To All Whom It May Concern:
This is to Certify, that Romeo Olaff #3,224,253, Private Co. D, Dev. Bn #1, 163rd Depot Brigade was discharged from the military service of the United States by reason of physical disability at Camp Dodge, Iowa, onthe 6th day of Nov. 1918; that at the time of his discharge there was erroneously issued to him a discharge certificate Form 526, A.G.O., whereas he was entitled to receive a discharge certificate on Form 525, A.G.O., indicating that he had been Honorabley Discharged from the service. Having surrendered said certificate so issued to him, this certificate is issued in lieu therof, and by virtue of this certificate he is entitled to be regarded as having been Honorably Discharged the military service as of the date and place aforementioned.

Said Romeo Olaff was born in Lansing, in the State of Iowa. When enlisted he was 26 8/12 years of age. By occupation a Fisherman. He had blue Eyes, brown hair, light complexion. He was 5 feet and 7 1/2 inches in height.
Given under my hand at Washington, D.C., this 8th day of Sept., 1923.
