27 Iowans in Today's Casualties
Washington, Nov. 5 -- Twenty-seven Iowans were mentioned
in the casualty lists for yesterday and today. They carried a
total of 1308 names divided as follows: Killed in action, 124;
died of wounds, 75; died of accident and other causes, 5; died of
disease, 108; wounded, degree undetermined, 257; wounded
slightly, 484; missing in action, 44; wounded severely, 210;
prisoners, 1. The Iowans are:
