Rooted in Story focuses on helping people create custom books that preserve personal and family memories. I am very pleased to work in multiple genres including: biography, family history, memory book, and family history cookbook. Each book combines family stories, photos and other visuals, and comes with many design options.

 I understand some people interested in making a book about their family may wish to write their own text but others may be less comfortable doing so. Thus, I also offer a variety of writing services including interviews, transcription from voice recording or hard copy, proofreading, copy editing, writing assistance, and full text development. After books are assembled, I also coordinate their publication by a professional printer. The end product is a professionally bound book just like you would find in a bookstore. The printer I use specializes in small runs—there are no required numbers of books to buy—so we can produce a single copy just for your family or a few more for a larger group.
