Ozias Clark

Ozias Clark was born in Canada on June 2, 1864, and was a son of Daniel Clark, of Vermont, and Betsy, nee Langley, a native of New Hampshire. They moved to Canada, where they died. The subject of the notice came to Cass Towhsnip, Ia., in 1854, locating on section 16, where he has a farm of 180 acres, mostly under good cultivation. In 1854 he married Ciba B., daughter of Joseph and Betsy. M. (Pennfield) Cook, natives of New York and Connecticut respectively. They came to Iowa in 1854, where Mrs. Cook died. By this union there are two children-- Susan Eunice born Nov. 28, 1855, now the wife of O. K. Whitlock, living in Delaware County, Ia.; and Arthur O., born March 6, 1859. Mr. Clark and wife are members of the M. E. Church. He votes the Republican ticket.
