Elkport School Grounds

This is a picture taken behind the old Elkport School of the teachers and students. I have no idea when it was taken. My grandmother Edna Every went to school there when she was a little girl.

It's hard to see with the brush in the picture, but the rock shown on the left in the old photo, is a bit to the left of center in this photo. The rock shown on the right in the old photo ( where the students are leaning) is near the bigger scrub tree in this photo. The person who took the old picture must have stood where the gym is now. A corner of the gym is showing in this photo & is right behind the school.
