John Adams, Jr.

160 acres, Sect. 20 and 22, Osceola township, Dec. 1, 1849.

 

Dickinson Webster

160 acres, in Franklin township, Oct. 21, 1850.

 

Pressly Johnson

160 acres in Sect. 5, Franklin township, Dec. 7, 1850.

 

Solomon Sturgis

160 acres in Sect. 11, Franklin township, Dec. 14, 1850.

 

G. W. Howe entered 720 acres of land, including present site of Osceola on March 14, 1851. In partnership with Seth Richards they entered other land around the town site until they had over 1,000 acres.

 

Wm. T. Farley entered land in Osceola township, March 12, 1851.

 

Jerry Jenks entered 240 acres in Osceola township, December 9, 1850.

 

Thos. Gregg entered land in Doyle township, October 13, 1851.
