Articles of Incorporation for a Methodist church in Green Bay, Green Bay Township were filed in the recorders office on March 30, 1869. Signing the articles as trustees were Ruben Johnson, Thomas F. Mardis, Michael May, Silas R. Burgess, and John W. Crew.
