Cristb& Brothers, south of Woodburn, Clarke Co. Iowa, and the said Wm. Sanders claims one-half of all earnings of said mill from all who may patronize said mill.

Notice is hereby given that by the unanimous vote and consent of all the stockholders of the Western Manufacturing Company, a corporation organized under the laws of Iowa, with its principal place of business at Osceola, Iowa, and by a resolution this day adopted by its board of directors, said corporation is dissolved and said disslution will be completed on the 16th day of May and said corporation shall cease to exist as a corporation after that date. And you are further notified that the back accounts and other evidences of indebtedness are now with Charles Isreal, of Osceola, Iowa for settlement.
