Pearl Foft of Sioux City is teaching at Afton school No. 7. She is staying at the L. C. Dieterich home.

Miss Mable Johnson has resigned as teacher in Afton No. 1 school to accept a position as operator at the local telephone office, to take the place of Hazel Lamm, recently married. Miss Hazel Coach of Linn Grove is the new teacher in the Afton school.
