WAYNE BRUCE
AURELIA
SHARPSHOOTER - The Aurelia Sentinel of April 9, 1942 reported that
Wayne Bruce, son of Mr. & Mrs. Chas Bruce of Aurelia, had earned
the rating of Sharpshooter on the rifle range. He was stationed
at the Marine Training Base at San Diego, CA. This proof of his
marksmanship entitled him to a pay increase of $3.00 per month.
