In
the early days there was a Presbyterian church building on the John
Bable farm. George Knox and Will Ross were their first
preachers.
The Presbyterian people moved this building into Cleghorn on
the
lot where their church building is now. They used the
building
two years, then tore it down and used the lumber to build a barn north
of the church. Their second building they have now was built
by a
contractor, Mr. Leader, about 1910.
