late 1960's of the original and first lumber structure in Butler Co. Iowa.
The lumber was hauled from Iowa Falls to "Needhamville" over 100 years ago by
Samuel Overturf, who built the home for his wife Olivia and their family.
He added a room to the house for use as a school room, where his daughter
Melissa taught school.
