Tarald Ramlo Dead.
From the Mabel Record we learn that Tarald Ramlo one of the old pioneers of Winneshiek county, died at the home of his son Peter, south of Hesper, on Wednesday, October 28, after quite a lingering illness. Mr. Ramlo was born in Norway Aug. 15, 1832, being in his eighty-third year at the time of his death. He is survived by a wife and four sons, together with twenty grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. The funeral was held last Friday afternoon at the Hesper Lutheran church at two o’clock, Rev. Rasmussen officiating.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born July 25, 1832 which does not agree with the above. He is buried in Hesper Lutheran Cemetery
