Doubek – Sobolik Marriage 1914

The bans for the coming marriage of Adolph Doubek and Miss Bertha Sobolik were announced Sunday.

Married.—At 9:30 o’clock Tuesday morning at St. John’s church, Miss Bertha Sobolik and Adolf Doubek, Rev. Father Dragoun performing the ceremony, after which the bridal party repaired to the home of the bride’s parents, where a sumptuous spread was partaken of by only immediate relatives. The bride is the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Sobolik and has grown to womanhood in this city. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Doubek and is to be congratulated upon his choice. Mr. and Mrs. Doubek will reside in the new dwelling house in the north part of the town, recently erected by Jacob Cap.
