On Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock, Sept. 22, 1914, at St. Wenceslaus church, Spillville, Iowa, Rev. Thomas Ballon pronounced the words which united for life Miss Annie Cibuzar of Spillville and Geo. Skoda of Protivin. The bride was attended by Miss Edith Sobolik of Fort Atkinson, and the groom by the bride’s brother, Frank Cibuzar of Minneapolis. After the ceremony the bridal party repaired to the home of the bride’s mother where a bountiful dinner was served to relatives and intimate friends. In the evening a free dance was given at Fisher’s hall. The bride is an estimable young lady and for some years past the bride has conducted a dressmaking and millinery establishment with her sister Mrs. P. J. Herold. Her many friends regret to see her leave this community. They are highly respected and we hope their married life may be a happy one.
