HYMENEAL.
Dr. M. D. Jewell and Miss Grace A. Haas sprung a surprise on their friends last week by quietly slipping away to Mason City where they were married on Thursday, the 17th, by Rev. Welch. The bride is the third daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Haas and the groom is one of the most prominent members of the medical profession in Decorah. They returned home Thursday evening and have since been receiving the felicitations of their acquaintances.
